With its origin in the Seville province, the Gordal Olive is famous for its flavour and size. It has a low oil content which is why it is mainly used as a table olive. We love Gordal Olives with a Vodka Martini.
Also called the Queen Olive, the Gordal Olive has a well balanced proportion of pulp and stone, with a nice crunchy texture. It is very pulpy, smooth with a mild flavour.
