Rest Reset Create: A Mid-Year Reset and Reflection with Leonie Henzell.

As we have ticked over halfway through our 2019 journey, it had me reminiscing on the year that had just passed. Whilst 2018 was an interesting and memorable year, it is lovely to look back and absorb all of the key learnings. I took a significant break that year. It was a wonderful chance to re-invent how I want to live my life. An opportunity that was to rest, reset and create. Now in my 2019 journey, these visions are in the processes of execution. I am now looking back on these lessons; reflecting upon the progress I have made personally and professionally. In 2018, I was blessed with the luxury of time. Time to choose what I wanted to do and time to construct a new framework for moving forward. Everything in my life was up for review. It was only then did I take some time to rest, that I could clearly appreciate the toll that my frantic pace over many years has taken. During this time, I asked myself a sequence of questions with a view to truly embark on a journey of change. Now, a year on, I have asked myself to review these questions again:    “What do I want to do differently?" “What sort of person do I want to be now and in 5 years?” "How do I create a more sustainable lifestyle?" Running hard for many years had affected my ability to be free and creative.  I had to be structured and set aside thinking time to be creative. Sometimes, it was difficult to find the dedicated time to dream, imagine, design campaigns and product ranges. Inherently, I see myself as being creative. I have the ability to visualise what the end product looks like and can find like-minded people to help me bring my vision to life. Always running at 100% just didn’t allow my creative mindset to flourish throughout the day. One of the main goals of taking a break was to really focus on getting creative again.  Once again, my pace has accelerated with my two companies, Beauty’s Got Soul and sister company Soul Baby Gifts launching this year. Maintaining my creativity and health whilst running a marathon with two brand babies by my side, has been a joyful challenge, filled with gratitude. Here are my top 5 tips that helped me sync with my ‘creative side’ once again. 1. Sleep like a baby. Dear sleep, I love you so much. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my beauty sleep. I am a ‘tucked in by 9:30pm’ kind of girl for lights out at 10pm. I do love to play a few rounds of ‘word cookie’ in this time zone. If you love words, you might like to try this app…or not. Playing this for 10 mins or so makes me soooo tired and I am finally ready for lights out. Getting a full 8 hours is my goal. Any later than 10pm, or any less that 7 hours of sleep, and I am acutely aware of the difference in my energy levels and productivity the following day. I have the sweetest little tweeting bird alarm to wake me up in the morning. I am pretty much ready to wake up and start my day before the alarm goes off. P.S. It helps to be blessed with kids who are all grown-up and my sleep is largely un-interrupted.   2. Create something. I love to imagine what something is going to look like and try to create it. I am such a big fan of the quad ruled or graph paper. Tiny squares on a notebook seem to draw out my creative juices. The humble HB pencil, metal sharpener, rubber and quad paper are my go-to tools for initial brand and product creation. Sometimes I wish I was a graphic designer and have seriously thought about adding this to my study list. For now, I use consistent communication with graphic designers to bring my ideas to life. In planning and dreaming about my new beauty business, I got started on quad paper. I quickly moved to balsamiq and then got a real graphic designer to create the photoshop files. Syncing these files to Invision for the developers to see was a great way to allow collaborative input. Balsamiq served a great purpose as a human without graphic design capability. It allowed communication of high-level concepts and created structure for others. 3.  Learn something. I do love to learn! 2018 was the year to formally study Corporate Governance at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. For those who have done the course, you will know that there is a lot of pre-reading and assessments to complete. The major learning and awareness piece for me has been around the ‘director mindset’. I know that I will be a better business Director and Board Member having done this course.  Once starting a new business, no matter how experienced you are, there will be new learning every single day. A growth mindset and openness to learn new strategies or a new tech piece will be an everyday occurrence. Embrace it. I have also taken to Audible books whilst walking, driving and doing the laundry. I don’t like the feeling of wasting time; so audio books are great when faced with the reality of life. Someone still has to do the laundry. 4.  Calm the mind. For me the best way to clear my mind was to create the absence of so many ‘things to do’. So, I asked myself some serious questions. These questions helped me stay focussed and productive. My Favourite Top 5 Audio Books from 2018 are: 1. High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become that Way by Brendon Burchard 2. Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell 3. How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie 4. Exactly What to Say: The Magic Words for Influence and Impact by Phil Jones 5. Slicing Pie by Mike Moyer My Top 5 ‘Dear Self’ questions: What is your intention for today? What must you get done today for this to be a great day? What can you say no to? What can you get others to do? What sort of person are you going to be today? Exercise also played a key role for me in calming the mind. My go-to favourites were a combination of reformer Kx Pilates, long 1-hour walks and Asana Rebel for yoga and stretching. I also really benefited from using the Buddhify mindfulness app. There are heaps of calming and mindful meditations for sleep, overwhelm, gratitude, etc. I particularly like the walking meditations. They make me feel productive with my time. There is one meditation that is so sweet. As you are walking past other people, the meditation guides you to wish others well … in your mind... not out loud. That would be weird.  This stopped me from thinking about myself and my situation. It helped changed my mindset to be caring and thinking about others. Clever! I also like a good old-fashioned chat to myself in the second person when things are seemingly off track. I need to give myself a pep talk. I find this best done in front of a mirror. I also have managed to keep my mind calm with well-planned activity for the execution of tasks. Intense planning involving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans for my priorities. I create corresponding lists of the activities required to achieve these goals. Just working on the list at hand helped me to not get overwhelmed and distracted by what needed to happen in a few months’ time. I got this brilliant reminder and understanding from an Entrepreneurs Organisation Learning day. One of Verne Harnish’s four ‘scaling up’ pillars; Execution. Easy to learn, but the real growth for me came from putting the learning into practise. 5.  Make & drink medicinal bluices. I love to combine ingredients that are known to be very good for you. I have little concern for how they taste which may come as a surprise. So, the result can be some pretty disgusting bluices that are really good for my body. Define bluice please, I hear you say: “A bluice is a cross between a smoothie and a juice. Everything that goes into the Vitamix gets blitzed and consumed.” Literally the best gift I ever received was a Vitamix. Now I know that kitchen appliances should never be considered excellent gifts; but this one somehow is an exception to the rule.  Here are my top 10 ingredients for my bluices that are basically either added fresh or frozen:  1. Coconut Water 2. Almo Almond Milk 3. Kale 4. Celery 5. Blueberries 6. Bananas - the ones that have black skins. 7. Matcha powder 8. Lemon juice 9. Fresh Ginger 10. Raw Beetroot I also love mango, raspberries, apple, spinach, cucumber, frozen acai and spices like cayenne pepper and turmeric. I like to make these in the morning. I serve one up to anyone else in my family who is game. With personal development as my focus for 2018, my 2019 goal is to maintain the learnings and structure that I curated for myself.  I would love to hear some of your top tips too. DM me if you use any of these or have some extra-special advice. Bonus points if you send me a photo of your bluice. Published on 17/08/2019 by Leonie Henzell CEO beauty's got soul.

Candle Care 101

There's quite the fine art to making your candle last longer that won't take a brain surgeon to execute. Here are our tips and tricks of the trade to making your candle shine bright like a diamond for longer and smell stronger. We want you to enjoy a home scented with the most alluring fragrances all year-round.   Our Top Tip – The first burn is the most crucial burn.   Burn baby burn! The very first burn is by far the most important. Why? Your candle has wax memory – just like muscle memory. The general rule of thumb is that you light the candle one hour per it's diameter. Otherwise, wait until the wax has melted the entire way across the candle and you have a nice, liquid- wax pool. Snuff the candle out and allow the wax to cool. This way you won’t be getting any funnelled candles any time soon.  Besides the first burn, it is recommended that you don’t leave a candle burning for more than three hours. Why, you ask? It has no new or stronger scent. You are simply wasting wax.   Extra Special Tip: If you don’t have any long matches or a barbeque lighter to light your candle, use a raw piece of spaghetti – life hack.   Tip Two – Storage is no snore.    It’s best to keep your candles in a cool, dark place and covered. So, please keep them in their packaging. If not, try and use their cover to stop the dust settling on top of it. If it does get a little dusty, use a warm dampened cloth to wipe it away – it’ll be looking good as new. Once you’ve had your first burn, your candle normally lives there until it’s run out. Well, beware of warm sunny days and window sills. Soy wax is softer than other standard waxes, hence on those warmer days its normal for them to look a little sweaty. Try and keep it out of the sun but do not fret! Your candle will set again and go back to normal for your next burn.   This is one for the scientists – apparently, if you keep your candle in the fridge or freezer it will give your candle a slow and even burn. I haven’t tried this one out … yet. But I have my suspicions this is much like how they say to keep your jeans in the freezer. But please, be my guest, try it out.  Tip Three- Sometimes, your candle just needs a quick haircut.   Just like how we have personal maintenance, so does your fussy little soy wax friend. Keep those wicks at 7mm after very single burn. Invest in wick trimmers (like fancy hair scissors) so the chopped wicked doesn’t end up in your candle – no one wants a sooty centre. Otherwise, hold it upside-down until the leftover wick falls out. This will give you a cleaner and brighter burn without the fireworks, and you prevent those mushrooms from forming on top.   The longer your wick is, the quicker it will burn. It also prevents black smoke from occurring and stops the glass from overheating. Make sure you re-centre your wick after each burn. It prevents soot stains forming on the glass.   Clean any blackened glass with a wet cotton pad and soapy water. Dry the candle properly before lighting it again. Do not continue to use a candle container that is burnt, chipped or damaged as it can be a fire hazard. Some Safety Tips and the Nitty Gritty. I don’t want to be the candle police, but please. Don’t burn down your curtains. Please read our full set of Candle care Intructions for your beauty's got soul. candles below and shop our full range of Mini and Maxi Candles here. Candle Safety and Candle Care instructions The most important safety instruction is to never leave a burning candle unattended.  Never use water to extinguish a candle. Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm during use and every time time candle is relit. Do not burn for less than 1 hour or more than 3 hours at a time.  Stop burning when 15mm of un-melted wax remains in the bottom of the glass. Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling. Glass may become hot. Burn candle on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface. Avoid using in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Prevent soot from forming on the glass by keeping wicks properly placed and trimmed. Never allow the candle flame to come in contact with the side of the glass. Do not use if glass is cracked, chipped or broken. If candle has multiple wicks, they must all be lit every time the candle is used. Never introduce liquids or foreign objects into candle and keep it free of wick trimmings, matches and any flammable materials. If the glass becomes blackened while burning, extinguish candle, allow to cool and clean with a dry paper towel. When not in use, keep candle covered to avoid dust build-up. Use a candle snuffer to properly extinguish a candle flame. If not available, blow gently and steadily on the flame until it is extinguished. Simon Rowe - Sleepbus

beauty's got soul interview Simon Rowe of sleepbus Although there is a constant visual reminder of the amount of people sleeping on our streets, the average person tends to walk over them. Former rough sleeper turned entrepreneur decided to talk to that struggling somebody, and was so taken aback by his circumstances that Australian registered charity sleepbus was formed.  Here at Beauty's Got Soul, we were all personally moved by Simon's story, his humbled- willpower, and how his background in business has got buses on the road, and the homeless having safe sleeps. His sheer direct nature to getting things done will inspire all - it does not need to be complicated. Hence, we are using a percentage of our sales, not profits, to directly support  the sleepbus community.    The walking billboard filled with Japanese style pods, housing twenty-two rough sleepers per night comes and goes before you get to work, and is prepped, primed and in position well and truly after you’ve left the office. Ultimately it’s the service "they're happy to know its happening but they don’t want to see it". It’s a process and not a destination, nor is it a Band-Aid solution to Australia's serious problem, with "6,314 people that were sleeping rough and now it's 8,500 people so two years on and its increased", yet the government is still supporting the top organisations with huge funds. sleepbus is a one stop shop. A simple bus, gutted and installed with lockable, secure sleeping pods, one care-taker on board and video cameras down the isles for deployment of security if need be, it cannot get more simple and straightforward than this, it addresses the exact problem, getting these vulnerable people a safe sleep.   Fitted with a Digital TV, a DVD is played through a loop of services which they can refer back to throughout the night, it’s a list of services for a pathway out of homelessness within a 2kms of radius where the bus is parked. Maps, distances, icons and accommodation all clearly laid out. If you want the help, it is there, but its their choice. Ultimately, "don’t get comfortable, figure out what your next steps are, get a good sleep in for sure, but figure out how to get out of this place". That being said, these pods are extremely comfortable and more spacious than you may think. With memory foam mattresses and Sheridan sheets, there is no reason not to have some shut eye.   "You can't keep everyone off the street. But if I can scale quickly enough, I can. I can help you. Wouldn’t you prefer to deal with someone who's had a good night's sleep? That’s healthy. That’s as happy as they can be?"     Rowe made it clear, he is in no way an advocate for homelessness, but the advocate for change. His response, enlightening, as "it's one of these things where this charity shouldn't exist, and my happiest day won't be that we've ended people sleeping rough in Australia and we have 300 buses around the country. My happiest day will be when it's not needed and it's closed down. Some charities need to be around all the time, but there's other charities that really should have a shelf life and I hope that sleepbus is one of those". sleepbus follows the 100% model, which keeps your donation money completely transparent to you. In fact, this year Sleepbus LIVE will be launched, showing where your money is, how many safe sleeps each bus has provided, how many women versus men, age as well as tracking locations. 100% of your donation goes directly to maintaining and providing the sleep bus, and as most people assume, it isn't going to pay for head offices salaries - that is donated privately from corporate sponsors and other individuals. Rowe explains that "there's only so many times you can ask the public to donate to things so if you do a fundraiser to build a bus they jump on board, but in terms of running a bus not so much, that’s when I go to corporate sponsors and that’s why there's the mobile billboard model because they can get a little money and so can we".   What is next, you may ask for sleepbus? A Pink bus dedicated to women and children, with a smaller amount of pods, it is more safe with no climbing, contained, and can rest easy as their family. Currently, there is a GoFundMe page where you can donate. By winter, Rowe hopes to have three buses on the road, including the Pink Bus. Additionally, sleepbusLIVE to track your donations. A large V-Line bus, holding twenty-two people's belongings, cages for animals, toilets, caretakers, and full security footage. This may sound expensive. It costs $176,000 to run, per year. Want to help out? sleepbus need cash donations and corporate sponsorships.  If you too are personally moved by the work  that Simon and his team are doing, please click here to donate. Jessica Wall - Commissioned Artist

Ever wondered how our packaging for your pretty little shelfies came along?  Meet Melbourne based artist, Jessica Wall. The creator behind our musings. This is how our oh so insta-worthy packaging came about and how a simple #melbourneartist hashtag had us all drooling overnight ... We all met up in her Aunt's Chocolate Shop in Carnegie, after Founder and CEO of Beauty's Got Soul, Leonie Henzell was scrolling through the 'gram #MelbourneArtist when she first came across Jessica Wall's abstract fluid art. What stands out about Jess in an agglomeration of Melbourne creatives? Someone who lets her work speak for itself.   Don’t be mistaken , these creations are not 'extra' looking bath bombs. Firstly, starting in the living room "near the window just because obviously when you're filming it you want as much light to come so it’s the best quality and then when I started up my Instagram pages people were taking to it and friends and family wanted to buy it I started to up it to a full lighting kit which I got for my birthday and its been so good. Now I can do it wherever".   No Cleopatra styled milk-filled baths over here, just a palm-sized bowl with detergent , lemon, and other top secret formulations to create these preen packaged pieces, ultimately, inspired by Buzzfeed science experimentation videos for a university elective "science photography" - spurring into the ultimate at home experiment turned business and passion. Ultimately she "just wanted to do something different …. I was very interested in resin art but its very expensive but I thought this was cool and something to try out and I experimented with just paint - I have so much at home so I did it that way to start".   Wall's practise comes about in an organic matter, and her humbled attitude seeps into her work fluidly  as "I'd go to bigger places but at the moment I'm happy doing what I'm doing [...] I change between the two [mediums] all the time. Like, right now I'm really into filming so I'll push this and all the different forms I'm feeling at the time".   Admitting that everyone has tough days, creative constraints are a well accepted challenge as "I feel like when I just do an experiment and I don’t like any of it, I just move past that and try again so I don’t mind it because it pushes me to work harder and do more and then eventually. I know that some experiments will be nothing and I'll get so annoyed but then the next day it'll be something awesome", a change in attitude and mindset ultimately changes everything. "I think I just love [that] you never know how [the experiments are] going to turn out and I love watching the videos of how they make it because you just never know and that’s the same with mine". Although Jess has a multitude of prospects set on her horizon in her creative field, the key to maintaining her audience in the ever-changing digital landscape "is consistent content, they followed me for the bubble, the fluid artwork, and I didn’t think it was right to start throwing video stuff in it there and mix it up."   No chopping and changing and ultimately working to her strengths. "You can only do one or the other unless you have two cameras. So, you have to decide one or the other - literally. Sometimes I get videos of things and it'll be really cool and then it'll change in two seconds and I'm like damn it,  it would've been a good photo - that’s how it's going to be".   In terms of Instagram's algorithms taking over our feeds, the university graduate says "it really is a whole other world… [its]  like learning a whole new course just to run your Instagram". Although the flexibility in presentation is broader on Facebook, "there's not much traction for that there", and she quickly learned that "Instagram let me build my businesses faster" as seen through  J Wall Photography and J Wall Visual for videography. Absorbing content from YouTube, her videography is documentary style  "I realised once I left uni that I liked that more documentary style and I was looking for jobs and didn’t really get anything and realised what I liked and what I really wanted to try my hand in was wedding videography …  and I thought I could just do it myself - people do it by themselves all the time".   You might be wonderings what's on for 2019? New print surfaces such as wood, metal, glass, and some more printed works up for sale.  To keep in the loop of Jess's new works, gallery pieces and much more, you can find her here.  Published on 07/03/2019 by Leonie Henzell CEO beauty's got soul

Interview of Tiziana Cicchianni from Histoire D'ours and Doudou et Compagnie

From retailer, sales manager, agent to distributor. Tiziana Cicchianni is the in-house expert on all things kids clothing and gifting essentials. Quickly snapped up by Histoire D’Ours and Dou Dou et Compagnie, Cicchianni reigned National Sales Manager during Oshkosh’s prime, where a single clothing company was a go-to for all.   Cicchianni and I discussed the power that it takes to shop for the end consumer (the child), the gift of machine-washable kid's toys (trialed and tested by a grandmother), and respect for the hard-working ‘mummy bloggers’. Lastly, what to do when all hell has been unleashed in the event that you lose your little one's favourite plush toy. The trick, you may ask? Buy two, of course! I think the best place to start is from the beginning. For those who don’t know, what does Histoire D’Ours mean, and what inspired you to work with Histoire D’Ours? Histoire D’Ours means ‘bear story’, or basically the history of the bear – so, the bear's story. I virtually fell into it. I used to be the agent for this product, agent only because there was a distributor in Sydney at the time. He then decided to retire and said “Tizi, why don’t you take it on as an importer?”. I had never done importing before so I was very nervous. But I had been representing the brand for some time, and it is a fantastic product. In 2014, I took it up as an importer and have been going with it ever since.   As you know, there’s Histoire, and then there is the Dou Dou. The other side of the business. Both toys - but different categories. Dou Dou is a comforter.  I don’t know if you’ve been to France or to Paris, but a lot of little kids carry their little comforters or their ‘Dou Dou’. It's all about that touch and feel. That’s what this company means - making Dou Dou and Compagnie. It’s ‘comforter and friends’, because they’ve also developed a lot of other animals in this range. Many people have such fond memories cuddling with their childhood bear and taking them on adventures. Is this the sort of legacy that the plush toys aim to have? The legacy we want to be remembered by is a beautiful product, and a long-lasting product. Whether they receive a classic bear, or a rabbit, or a doll - sometimes, they hang onto it until they're an adult.  We're not a fly-by-night product. We are a longstanding product that is also a beautiful product with the gift boxing. It’s a lovely product. That’s how it will be continued and remembered. If we back track a little, previous to this you were an agent to Histoire D’Ours, had you always been an agent? I worked as an agent from 2001. Before this, I mainly in the kids fashion business since 1993. I sort of worked my way through all different departments - I also had my own retail store. I then went to work for a big retail chain of a kid's fashion store, you may remember them – Oshkosh. I worked for their office in Sydney where we had twenty-three shops at the time. I was their National Retail Manager. Then, in 2001 I moved to Melbourne and made a bit of a career change. My colleague from Sydney was a distributer, and he was looking for an agent for Melbourne. I thought I’d change the pace a little!  What do you think are the trends coming up with babywear, kids gifting, toys and accessories? I think that the trends at the moment are dictated by what is happening in Europe. It’s somebody's idea over there, and let's face it - we all sort of copy it. Being in Australia, we have it in the next season. It's like with my toys. The Unicorn has been very popular for a few years. But now, the new one is the one I was exhibiting at Life InStyle - the Llama.  Someone said, "No, it's not the llama, it's now the sloth."I said, "No, I don’t like the sloth!" I think it's very much dictated by Europe. Our social media also tells us what's going on, unfortunately. It really tells us that people like ‘following’. I think we are in the age of the Mummy Blogger, with other mother’s following each other in case they are missing out. Exactly. I follow the Mummy Blogger because I am interested to see what their kids are wearing, doing, and with these Mummy Bloggers – it's their job now! I think these women are so motivated. Maybe because I’m a lot older than them, but it takes so much of their energy keeping up with this. They are dictating. The Instagrammer’s, the followers - they are ‘following’ what the trends are.   I think all of us wants a little better or more, and how do we exactly get there? There’s a very small percentage of mothers that just do their own thing and don’t care. Just like there's a small percentage of mothers who don’t do social media and don’t let their kids on screens. I think the majority of wanting more is driven by social media. Lastly, are there any elements within the toy industry, or plush goods that people should watch out for when purchasing for a child? I think the most obvious is, of course, the safety of a toy – whether it’s plush or a building block. We have such high standards in Australia that products have to meet, but safety is important, obviously. I think after safety is that the customer, being the child needs to have full satisfaction. A parent may buy it, but it's about how the child feels and how interact with the toy.   I think when it comes to kids, and when it comes to plush, they sort of connect with a piece. It's all about that. With these pieces, especially the Dou Dou’s or the bear – some parents buy two. If one goes missing, the child is absolutely hysterical, so they need a backup. I’ve had quite a few enquiries, direct from customers to say “where can I find another one of this rabbit or this bear because I've misplaced it or lost it and my child is absolutely frantic”. I think, “wow, that’s the sort of attachment they have! “ You can shop all Dou Dou et Compagnie and Histoire D’Ours here. Published on 2/10/19 by Leonie Henzell CEO Soul Baby Gifts

Top 5 Tips for Self Care by Soul Baby Gift CEO

Top 5 Tips for Self Care We all deep down know this. When we take good care of ourselves, we are happier, brighter and engage in life in a more positive way. I am sure that you have heard these 5 tips before. Let them wash over you and commit to thinking about your own top five tips for Self Care. Just know that you are doing a great job and you deserve ‘self care’. 1. Gratitude Gratitude is a powerful force in my life. When the feelings of frustration or irritability come to visit, then gratitude is the best way to short circuit those feelings. I am grateful for my health, my family, my home, my friends, my new puppy and the connections that I have with others. I like to have this little chat to myself in the shower in the morning or even in front of a mirror. A beauty’s got soul It’s Cold Outside Body Wash with orange and patchouli essential oils provides a delightful showering experience. 2. Time Out I like to ensure that I take the time to ‘physically’ care for my body. Looking after my hair, nails, teeth and skin is important to me. Obviously these are important for general health and well being! I am sure you know the feeling when you have competing priorities, that sometimes these routines can slip. I love to take a long warm bath at the end of a long day. I find it a fabulous way to calm down and reset. Light the beauty’s got soul Safe Sleeps candle, dim the lights and R E L A X. Always emerging from the bathroom a nicer version of myself. 3. Exercise This can be a long walk, yoga, pilates or more recently it has been play time with my new puppy at the park. Getting outdoors in the sunshine to top up on some Vitamin D and forget about work and all the things I need to do! Playing and physical exercise is fun for me. This can also be kitchen discos and general dancing! 4. Good nutritious plant based food I have slowly moved towards a highly plant based diet over the last few years. Basically  pescatarian. I know that I can live without meat, although for transparency I am still deeply in love with chicken wings. I try not to label any of this or create too many rules for myself. I know I feel better when my diet is largely plant based. Interestingly our family is all slowly moving in this direction. Have you seen Game Changer on Netflix ? These Serious Cookies are plant based. Dairy free, gluten free, certified organic and delicious. They are in our food gift hampers at Beauty’s got soul and they are DELICIOUS. 5. Sleep 10pm to 624am. Yep that’s what it has come down to for me. In bed before 10pm. Lights out at 10pm. I love waking to the gentle tweeting of birds and seeing the trees outside from bed. Sleep is super important to me and I notice my performance is highly reliant on SLEEP. I use a Silk Eye mask as well. Especially if I am having trouble sleeping this is a good way to help ensure I stay sleeping. Written and published By Leonie Henzell CEO of Soul Baby Gifts on 17/12/2019
