The delivery suburb must be within a 25km radius of the Melbourne CBD. We are 100% reliable with our Melbourne Same Day deliveries.
Please place your order by 1pm from Monday to Saturday. Yes! We have a Saturday delivery service which is so good if you have had a busy week and forgot to order your baby gift. We close this same day service on public holidays and long weekends. We love you, but we need to take a break as well! We deliver to maternity hospitals in Melbourne as well.
We always call to confirm that the Mum is still an inpatient. It is good to know the Mum’s maiden name as the name the hospital uses is the Mum’s surname, not the Dads. As it should be. Actually we delivery to Maternity Hospitals and Children's Hospitals Australia Wide.
You can also choose to have your baby gift hamper delivered in 1-2 days. This is an express service and is Australia Wide. This is $20 and you need to choose this option at the checkout. The remote Australian locations like Darwin, Perth, Broome, Townsville, for example, take 3-5 days. The express service is good for metropolitan suburbs surrounding our capital cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and the ACT.
If your gift is over $100 you can choose our free delivery service. This takes 3-5 days. Sometimes it is quicker but please allow the promised delivery timeframe as an expectation. If your order value is less than $100 a delivery fee of $15 applies. Alternatively, you can upgrade to an express delivery service Australia wide or a Same Day Delivery Service in Melbourne.
Due to popular demand, we are now delivering to New Zealand.
We are now delivering to New Zealand with DHL international for $35. This service takes 3-5 days and is super exciting for our customers with family and friends in New Zealand.
All other international destinations are possible with some human communication. Unfortunately due to the complexity of international customs regulations we have not activated this automated feature online. We can provide you with a quote from DHL and you can decide whether you would like to proceed. It will require some human communication and we believe that this is the most efficient way to process our international deliveries. We usually ask you for the destination address to start so we can give you a quote first. Then it’s up to you if you would like to proceed.
