Please place your orders before 11am on Saturday for delivery on the same day.

Basically if the suburb is within a 25km radius of the Melbourne CBD 3000, it qualifies for a same day delivery. You will need to choose this service and also pay $20. Their face...priceless!
What do I need to do to have my baby gift delivered on a Saturday in Melbourne?
So here's what to do:
- Order online or call us on 1300 952 950 to place your order. Chatting over the phone is welcome here!
- Please ensure that you choose the Same Day Delivery button with the corresponding charge of $20 at the checkout to qualify for Same Day or Saturday Delivery. Even if your order is over $100 your will need to pay for the Same Day or Saturday Delivery Service.
- Your order comes with full tracking from order processing to delivery, so you will know when your parcel has been delivered.
- During COVID-19 our drivers will call the recipient, leave the parcel at the front door and step away from the door. Our driver will wait for a few minutes for someone to collect the parcel and confirm the recipient’s name. Either way, a photo of the parcel on the doorstep will be available for Saturday deliveries. The safety of our drivers and courier partners is super important to us. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

When will my order be sent?
At Soul Baby Gifts, we are like busy little bees and we literally swarm around your order until it goes out the door. Orders will be processed every weekday and your order will be sent on the day you place your order.
When will my gift arrive?
If you choose express delivery, your order will arrive in 1-2 working days (excluding our fun days like Weekends and Public Holidays).
If you choose standard delivery, your order will arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Most metropolitan addresses are 2 days. It may take 5 days for a delivery to Darwin, for example. Rest assured we choose from an array of couriers to get your gift delivered as soon as possible.
If you are eligible for same day delivery in Melbourne and you choose this option at the checkout, your order will arrive on the same day when you order before 1pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturday.
What happens when my order doesn't arrive as expected?
Here’s the best part…From the moment you place your order until the moment your precious parcel is delivered; we will be there for you!
Firstly, you will receive a mail note; which is basically your tax invoice. Once the babes at HQ process and pack your order, our postie will collect your parcel. We will send you mail notes about the progress of your delivery all the way until it is delivered. We love this and we think you will too.
We must say that we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates and times unless it is a Same Day Delivery in Melbourne. A delivery delay is not a valid reason for cancelling your order or requesting a refund. So sorry. We hope you understand.
What couriers do you use?
We have an array of courier partners: Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT and same day delivery couriers called Go People. We will choose the best courier for the job.
Can I track my delivery?
We know that tracking your parcel is like breathing fresh air. It is the key to a happy day. So: you will get some mail notes as your delivery progresses. We love this and we know you will too.
What happens if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
We kinda-sorta treat same day deliveries a little bit differently to standard and express deliveries. We know that if you order a same day delivery, you are expecting a same day delivery! So.... sometimes we need to do weird things to make this happen. We might leave the parcel on the door stop, at the back door, behind a pot plant, whatever it takes. Always in a safe place.
If we can’t do this, the parcel will come back to us and we will have to re-organise the delivery. We wil need to charge you a re-delivery fee if this occurs.
All other deliveries will either go to the Post Office for collection or to a collection point designated by Couriers Please. These pick-up points are usually local newsagents or petrol stations near your home.
What will my order look like when it arrives?
A very stylish Soul Baby Gifts branded carton made from recyclable cardboard. It’s perfect to protect your goodies for a trip with the postie and don’t forget to pop some shots when you open the box. It’s meant to inspire you and thank-you for being a lovely customer all at once.
Do you work on Public Holidays?
As much as we love our work, we really love public holidays too. Maybe a tiny bit more!! So, we will process, lovingly pack and send you order on the first business day after the Public Holiday. We‘ll be fresh and happy to see your shopping efforts from the Public Holiday!
Do you work on Weekends?
We deliver gifts on Saturday when the order is going to suburbs within a 25km radius of the Melbourne CBD. Please order by 1pm for an afternoon delivery. The suburbs that we deliver to are mentioned above.
On Sundays we like to get some fresh air, partake in a bit of self-care and catch up with our friends. We will process, pack and send your orders on Monday morning.
I'm sending my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice with the order?
We never include invoices with our deliveries. If you have purchased online, rest assured that your lucky ecipient won’t see any pricing within the delivery box.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Since the pandemic the couriers are not required to collect a signature upon delivery. These goodies are precious. It is always best to send your parcel to a safe delivery address or a workplace. If you are having a gift hamper delivered to your home address or your apartment and you are not available to receive the delivery, your parcel may get left at your front door. Or it may go back to the post office or to a location collection point like a newsagent or pharmacy depending on the courier.
If you have chosen a same day delivery and it is going to a home address, we will leave this safely if it is possible. If not, this will come back to our office and we will need to co-ordinate a new delivery time and date. We will need to charge you a re-delivery fee of $20. So sorry, but that is the costs when we can’t deliver.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We are super-fast, so if you would like any changes please email us at heybabe@soulbabygifts.com.au or call us on 1300 952 950. Skates on. Once your order is processed and leaves our office, we can’t really change the address. We are a helpful bunch and we will always do our best to make you happy.
